Use your access code for your first sign in to our Digital Hub to refer a client.
To get an access code, you need to make your request online. If you wish to refer a client in the meantime, you can do so by filling out the form and faxing it to us.
If you belong to one of National Bank partner firms but, you can submit an enrollment request by filling out the form.

You will receive an email to obtain your clients' eSignatures.
They will simply need their mobile phones to access their emails and add their signatures.
Once their consent is registered, your referral will be sent to our advisors.
Once the form is submitted to National Bank, we will begin communicating with your client, providing customized product and service recommendations. You will then be able to track the file's progress.
