Timothy Butcher

Tim is a financial services veteran. Life Licensed in 1988, MFDA Licensed in 1989 and spent the next 15 years as an independent financial advisor. Tim qualified for the well respected Certified Financial Planner (CFP TM) designation in 2003. He has also spent 4 years as an exclusive advisor with one of Canada’s largest insurance companies. In 2007 Tim qualified as a Financial Management Advisor (FMA) after completing his CSC and Wealth Management Techniques. Tim came to National Bank’s Advisor Distribution, Banking Products Team in September 2009 from CIBC where he was a Financial Advisor with Imperial Service. With Tim’s background and experience he has a sound understanding of how our partners run their business and their concerns and requirements encountered operating their advisory practices.
