NBI High Net Worth Plan

NBI’s High Net Worth Plan* (the “reduction plan”) allows certain investors who hold certain NBI Funds and Meritage Portfolios series to benefit from a management fee rebate based on the size of their investments.

Operating mechanism

The process is fully automated: the system identifies eligible clients and National Bank Investments will automatically provide management fee reductions directly into your accounts by purchasing additional units of the same series of eligible fund. The reductions will be distributed quarterly and will be shown on your statement.

Benefits of the reduction plan

  • Fully automated rebates
  • More flexibility to attain minimum thresholds
  • Competitive pricing

Platform eligibility criteria

Different ways to combine and reach minimum thresholds:

  •  $100,000 per fund eligible to the reduction plan**, or
  •  $250,000 in NBI Funds and/or Meritage Portfolios

** Same fund has to be under the same series, denominated in same currency as well as bought under the same purchase option.

Ability to combine certain accounts to reach minimum thresholds

  • RRSP, RESP, TFSA and others

Commissions, trailing commissions, management fees and expenses all may be associated with investments in the Funds. Please read the prospectus of the Funds before investing. The Funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and past performance may not be repeated.
